How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- The provision of the Health & Safety Smart service
- An enquiry about the Health & Safety Smart service e.g. via a web form, email or phone
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- from our third-party payment processing providers where you have made an online payment in relation to the Health & Safety Smart service. We do not receive or retain card details
- third parties who provide the Health & Safety Smart service under their own branding
- employers who allocate specified users in their Health & Safety Smart system

Your information is securely stored on a private server in the UK.
We keep contact information, licence and fire risk assessment data for the duration of your licence + 7 years. We will then securely destroy your information by deleting the site and all associated reports for your site.
