We currently collect and process the following information:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• The provision of the Health & Safety Smart service
• An enquiry about the Health & Safety Smart service e.g. via a web form, email or phone

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• from our third-party payment processing providers where you have made an online payment in relation to the Health & Safety Smart service. We do not receive or retain card details
• third parties who provide the Health & Safety Smart service under their own branding

Your information is securely stored on a private server in the UK.

We keep contact information, licence and fire risk assessment data for the duration of your licence + 7 years. We will then securely destroy your information by deleting the site and all associated reports for your site.
